Welcome to the Edd Boudreau Golf official website. Edd has been playing and teaching the game of golf for the last 26 years. The past 6 years have been focused on developing the Golf BC Golf Academy at Arbutus Ridge. Over the 10 years that he has worked in Mill Bay, Edd has built long lasting relationships with both members and the public through his teaching and pro-shop duties.

The GBC Academy has recently undergone renovations to its teaching facilities with a new 100 yard Short Game teaching area. This addition will only serve to improve the world class instruction and facility set in one of the most scenic environments that Vancouver Island has to offer. The full length practice facility has 5 target greens, a sand bunker, putting/chipping green and twenty stalls. The new short game facility has artificial and grass teaching areas, 2 bunkers and a 5000 sq. ft. green. These facilities allow Edd to provide professional instruction in one of Canada’s premier teaching academies.

In addition to using more traditional instruction methods, Edd also brings V1, state of the art video analysis equipment, to his lessons and instruction which he uses in swing analysis and to provide students with take home lesson summaries on CD.

Edd’s instructional philosophy is built on teaching students about their own swing and helping them to understand the relationship the clubface and path has to ball flight. Students are shown proper Practice habits and Preshot Routines will enable consistent contact and results.
